Beginning his career at the age of 16, Keith started his own gardening business: Good and Economical during the summer break following his GCSEs. Keith continued to run his business while completing his A Levels and then went on to read Biological Sciences at Brighton University.
Shortly after graduating he joined his first sales team gaining some of his biggest insights into business development, and while there won ‘European Account Manager of the Year 2002’ and ‘Most New UK Logos 2002’ awards. Keith continued to build and deliver his sales and marketing skills working directly as a business development manager and then ultimately delivering his services on a consultancy basis helping business owners create, build and realise value.
Keith is also a keen runner; running for pain, pleasure and charity. Since completing his first organised run in 2007, Keith has strived to complete at least one major utline-width: initial; outline-style: none; outline-color: initial; font-size: 12px; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; text-decoration: none; -webkit-transition-property: color; -webkit-transition-duration: 0.3s; -webkit-transition-timing-function: ease-out; -webkit-transition-delay: initial; color: #7ab732; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border: 0px initial initial;">personal challenge a year, from physical tests such as cycling the South Downs Way and running 2 marathons in 8 days to personal development such as volunteering for Young Enterprise and Chair for a property management company.

I’ve recently been working with people in the office on effective blog marketing and wanted to share these tips. This is the core for developing a post that can be read well by the human eye as well as being indexed by the search engines. So take note, your blog post should be:
Most of us love a good curry, but how do we recreate the dishes we eat in Indian restaurants? Well as it is National Curry Week I can share with you my perfected Chicken Dhansak recipe which rivals the same dish at Shafiques, my excellent local curry restaurant.
With a follow on to Dropbox having to be the best free app on the web comes a hand tip for using this superb service. There is an option of sharing files via your own personal link available on the public internet which is excellent for sharing with your friends, ie MP3s, PDF's, test files. However for the less savvy internet users this can lead to problems in downloading the file.
I know its been around for a few years but I just can't get over how useful and how dependant I've become on this free web based application. Gone are the days of carrying a tiny flash drive around with me as pretty much everyone is connected to the web these days, Dropbox works a treat.
Being away from the office a lot of the time, some of that being out of the country and trying to keep on top of a number of major projects has made me really appreciate good use of Dave Allen's Getting Things Done. Recently Work Smart answered a question from one of there followers with the help of Dave Allen and put together this great explanation of staying productive on the road.
I'm always one for trying to think 'green' and over the last few years have moved closer and closer to becoming paperless; at work and at home. I try to do as much as I can however we all know you can't get away from paper and it will be along time coming until we become a paperless world. So when I do have to print, especially from web pages I find the various header text, URL and meta-text makes the page cluttered and is simple unneeded. I've just found out how simple it is to remove from the print; giving a cleaner print and perhaps in the long term saving on the cost of printer ink. Thanks to Lifehacker simple watch the video or follow the instructions depending on your operating system or browser.
After some deliberation and a number of weeks attending training sessions, I've finally taken the plunge and joined up with the Worthing Striders. The local running group with around 70 members. After training hard for 2 marathons I felt that I shouldn't put that to waste but instead build on it and push harder for the next challenge.

WorthingThing, the monthly and informal get together held at The Biz, Worthing was well attended. I always find them an excellent opportunity to meet new people while keeping in touch with the Worthing business community, which can be easy to lose being a SAHD (stay at home dad).
