Hi, welcome to my blog. With one goal; to provide regular blogs with the hope that they will be meaningful, interesting, provide some insight into life, my current focus and perhaps humorous.
I'm always one for trying to think 'green' and over the last few years have moved closer and closer to becoming paperless; at work and at home. I try to do as much as I can however we all know you can't get away from paper and it will be along time coming until we become a paperless world. So when I do have to print, especially from web pages I find the various header text, URL and meta-text makes the page cluttered and is simple unneeded. I've just found out how simple it is to remove from the print; giving a cleaner print and perhaps in the long term saving on the cost of printer ink. Thanks to Lifehacker simple watch the video or follow the instructions depending on your operating system or browser.
After some deliberation and a number of weeks attending training sessions, I've finally taken the plunge and joined up with the Worthing Striders. The local running group with around 70 members. After training hard for 2 marathons I felt that I shouldn't put that to waste but instead build on it and push harder for the next challenge. With their help and support completing my next running time targets of a 10k in sub 40 mins and half marathon in sub 90 mins l
ook closer on the horizon. My first run for the club will be tomorrow at the Beach Run, Middelton-on-Sea. Worthing Stiders don't go by unnoticed; look out for my florescent orange club top.

WorthingThing, the monthly and informal get together held at The Biz, Worthing was well attended. I always find them an excellent opportunity to meet new people while keeping in touch with the Worthing business community, which can be easy to lose being a SAHD (stay at home dad). With the launch of Worthing Dads it was ideal timing to promote but also to gain some interesting points of view on how to best develop the network.
See you all next month.
